HealthspanDog is an educational website owned and funded by Fellowdays. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit healthspandog.com (the “Site”). It does not cover Fellowdays or other websites you may visit through a link; those sites publish their own policies.
1. Information handled when you visit
Our hosting, content-delivery, and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security signals.
We use a consent cookie to remember your cookie choices. We do not currently offer a HealthspanDog account, checkout, comment form, or newsletter form on this Site.
If you choose Analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may collect information such as the page path without its query string, approximate location, device and browser information, session statistics, and interactions with links from HealthspanDog to Fellowdays. Google Analytics uses first-party identifiers to distinguish users and sessions. We have configured the Site not to load Google Analytics before Analytics consent, suppress query strings and referrers in the page-view event, and keep advertising storage and ad-personalisation signals denied in the site tag.
2. Why we use this information
We process technical information to deliver the Site, maintain security, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse. If you consent to Analytics cookies, we use analytics information to understand readership, improve editorial resources, and measure whether readers choose to visit Fellowdays.
3. Cookies and your choices
Necessary cookies support essential functions, including remembering your consent preferences. Optional Analytics cookies are off until you choose to accept them.
You can accept, reject, or customise optional cookies in the banner. You can change or withdraw your choice later by selecting the persistent Consent Preferences control on the Site. Withdrawing consent disables Analytics and clears HealthspanDog’s first-party Google Analytics cookies; your browser controls can also remove cookies stored on your device.

4. Service providers and disclosures
We use service providers to host, deliver, secure, and—only with consent—measure the Site. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy documentation. Our current infrastructure includes Kinsta for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery and security, CookieYes for the on-site consent interface, and Google Analytics 4 for consented analytics.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a corporate transaction. We do not currently sell personal information collected through this Site or use HealthspanDog analytics for personalised advertising.
5. Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, subject to provider settings, security needs, and legal obligations. Cookie durations are listed in the Cookie Policy. Provider-side logs and analytics may have different retention periods.
6. International processing
HealthspanDog and some of its service providers operate in the United States and other countries. Information may therefore be processed outside the place where you live, where privacy rules may differ.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to withdraw consent. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.
To make a privacy request, use the Fellowdays contact page and state that your request concerns HealthspanDog. We may ask for information reasonably needed to locate the relevant record and verify the request.
8. Children
The Site is intended for a general audience of dog owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children.
9. Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the current version here and update the date above. Material factual corrections follow our Corrections Policy.
