Corrections Policy

We want factual errors, outdated product details, source mismatches, and unclear disclosures reported.

Request a correction

Use the Fellowdays contact page and begin your message with “HealthspanDog correction.” Include:

  • The HealthspanDog page URL.
  • The exact statement or field you believe is wrong.
  • The proposed correction.
  • A primary source, label image, certificate, regulatory record, or other supporting evidence.
  • Your name, organization, and any relationship to the subject.

Do not include a dog’s private medical information. HealthspanDog cannot provide emergency or individualized veterinary advice. For an urgent animal-health concern, contact a veterinarian or emergency veterinary service.

How we review requests

We check the request against the page’s source record and seek the most direct, current evidence available. A represented company may clarify its own current product facts but does not receive control over our interpretation or conclusion. We may contact the requester for a clearer source or formulation/version match.

How corrections appear

  • Small spelling, formatting, or non-material clarity edits may be fixed without a correction note.
  • Material factual corrections receive a dated note describing what changed.
  • Changes that alter a conclusion, safety context, comparison result, ownership disclosure, or evidence interpretation receive a prominent update note and a new review date.
  • If reliable evidence is not available, the field may remain not found, not disclosed, or be rewritten to state the uncertainty.

We do not remove accurate information solely because it is unfavorable. We do correct errors and clearly distinguish a fact, a source’s claim, and our interpretation.
